LemonOX provisions all orders less than twelve hours maximum if we're facing a lot of order load, usually under two hours during regular order load. Dedicated servers and VPS take around 24-48 hours to provision.
Can LemonOX register my domain for me?

Yes LemonOX offers domain registrations at a very affordable price of $3.99 (USD) per year. We also include some web space and a few POP3 accounts for free in this price.
Can LemonOX host my adult website?

Adult hosting is not allowed on our network. These kinds of sites generate too many SPAM and attack complaints and hence for the sake of our network these sites are not permitted.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with services?

LemonOX offers a company mandatory thirty (30) day Money Back guaranty on all regular shared reseller hosting, SSL, accounts. (No refund for Domain Name registration) Users who continue service after this thirty day (30) are not eligible for any refunds whether full or partial... There are absolutely no refunds for dedicated servers and web designing, if you wish to check out how our service is signup for a smaller package and then upgrade to a dedicated server. That way you will experience our service and can make a well informed decision about us.
Why does LemonOX not offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth?

Simply because unlimited disk space and bandwidth does not exist. When was the last time you saw an unlimited hard disk in a computer shop? Unlimited hosts assume that 95% of their customers will not use more than a few hundred megs of space and bandwidth.
Can I store MP3s and videos in my storage space?

That depends, if you're the copyright holder to the content in the files, and then yes you can. However if they're copyrighted by someone else then you can't do so without a copyright wavier.
Can I store unlicensed anime in my storage space?

Absolutely not, unless you have a copyright wavier. We respect the copyrights of every nation, and anime regardless of being licensed in United States or not are an intellectual property of someone else.
What methods of payment does LemonOX accept?

LemonOX accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover credit/debit cards through its authorized 2Checkout.com; Inc. Corporate customers can pay via check/ach and wire transfer.
Can I get a discount for pre-payment?
Answer
LemonOX does not accept pre-payments on all plans due to various reasons. Most accounts are on a year to year basis. Corporate customers however are an exception and can pre-pay for services.
What kind of servers will my shared account be hosted on?

All our shared hosting servers are at least a minimum of Dual XEON 2.8 GHz machines, with anywhere from 2GB to 8 GB of RAM.
How many sites will be on a shared server?

LemonOX maintains a strict quality of service by ensuring that our servers remain under crowded, unlike other hosting companies we don't put thousands of websites on one server, just a few hundred. The number of web sites cannot be exactly set due to the varying nature of our web hosting plans.

Usually yes we can, however we recommend that you contact our sales department beforehand to determine a migration strategy. Please note that we charge $5 per static website migration and $10 per website with databases.
When does LemonOX bill me for my account?
Answer
LemonOX bills you on a Year to Year basis. For example if you signed up on the 25th of February, your next bill would be exactly a next year after that in February during the same period.
Can LemonOX install custom DLL components on Windows servers?
Answer
Yes we can as long as the source of the DLL is a legitimate one. If it's a custom designed component then we reserve the right to ask for source code to determine if it contains any harmful code.
